This should be not-so-common. In edge cases this might happen, so we have a way to get out of it. However theres systems in place to make sure strategies - even when they get "lost" for some reason, will get synced back up by themselves.
If your strategy says its open when there is no active position. or if it says its waiting to fill but the order was canceled - you can hit the three dots menu on the strategy and select Reset Trade. This will not close any active trades/orders (in this case there shouldn't be any) and it will force a reset of the strategy back to Looking for Entry.
If this continues to happen consistently, please create a support ticket.
