Binance and KuCoin both have separate APIs for Spot and Future trading.
This means that when you setup your exchange in TradeLab you must select the right API
For Binance Spot you want to choose either Binance or Binance US
For Binance Futures you want to choose either USDM or CoinM
For Kucoin Spot you want to choose Kucoin
For Kucoin Futures you want to choose Kucoin Futures
When looking for symbols make sure that if you are using Spot, that you set the Market Mode to spot in Trade Settings or during the Strategy Setup
Please note that Kucoin BTCUSDT seems to be listed as XBTUSDT. This is a result of the Kucoin API labeling it this way. You will need to make sure you uncheck dynamic within the Alert Builder
First go to the strategy editor and click on the alerts tab
Then click on edit for your alert
Then look for the Symbol field at the bottom and uncheck dynamic. Make sure your symbol is selected in the dropdown. Now click on the Message to copy it and make sure to remake your TV alert. You may need to do this for other symbols on kucoin.
